In the drive-thru, after ordering, the employee states "we cant make your order, we only have one employee here"..never in my life have i ever experienced anything like that at a fast food restaurant. We ordered 4 meal deals.... family of 4... RIDICULOUS!

Ordered food online 20 minutes prior to store closing. Received confirmation code and order number. Arrived at store 5 minutes prior to store closing assuming order would be ready. The guy at The drive-through said, “sorry we are closed” I told him I was just picking up the online order and he said that he canceled it because it would take him longer then five minutes to make the food. He then took off his headset and left me talking by myself at the speaker. I pulled over around the window to figure out what was happening and he just screamed at me “we are closed!!” And put his earphones back in and tuned his back on me. I work at a retail store and if a customer walks in one minute before closing we help them, no matter how long the transaction will take. That’s just the basics of customer service. Money was charged and not returned. Was not a big amount, but it’s the principle of the situation.

Food was good however waited over 10 minutes to be served when it was empty. Staff nice when they finally made it to get my order though, just dont come here if you're in a hurry

Good for a quick bite on the go, every now and then they come up with interesting recipes worth trying. Got to try the impossible whopper. Plant based meat like patty you can never tell it was not meat.

Showed up at 9:15pm, Sign on door said lobby open till 10:00pm doors locked. Employees just stared at us. Had a group so we went thru drive thru. Person who took order seemed annoyed they had to take 3 orders. Service was slow, watched employee shove handfull of napkins into bag, food mediocre at best, order was partially wrong but noticed after driving away but didn't want to waste even more time. Very unfriendly at window, we said "thank you" with no response or thanks with our order. Watched toddler wandering behind cash register counter, buckets in multiple locations (that we could see from driveup window) catching water dripping from ceiling. Overall a very poor experience

Staff and manager are very unprofessional. We had to wait almost 20 minutes to order food. Cashier has to go back for making good though other staff working there. It doesn't matter how many people are waiting in the long line for order.

Food was good but person at drive thru on 1/5/2020 8:15 am wasn't very friendly. She gave me cream for my coffee but didn't ask if I need sugar, so I request some them she gave me some but I asked if I can have a little more them she gave me a hand full. Like saying here don't bother me. Alo a waste of money for the owner of the restaurant.

When I walked in the tables were dirty, it took 18 mins to get my food. I feel bad for the employees that went to work, they were trying their best, but severely under staffed. Food was ok, however $10 for a wooper meal is to much in my opinion. I will think twice before spending my hard earned money next time.

Somewhat slow, compared to other BK locations I've been to, but overall a good experience. The impossible Whopper is sooo good - and they have a great 2/$6 deal going on that's worth using!

Terrible. I was in drive thru for 52 minutes. Crazy for fast food.

I was not happy at all my food was cold. I order 2 sets of 10 piece nuggets and the cashier gave me 2 sauces total. Then to top it off I ordered an impossible burger for my vegetarian mom who ended up getting very sick from the burgers that were cooked on the same grill. Not happy at all

Fast and friendly service. I visit this location for one big reason; no wait, unlike other fast food restaurants in the area where I may wait 20 minutes or more for the food. One area they need to work on though a little bit is cleanliness in the dining area itself, particularly around the drink area.

Awesome, quick service. Quality looking/ tasting food. Great, huge breakfast platter for $3.29!!

One of the best burger kings ever. Friendly staff. Also speed has increased by a little while this place management needs to change. I remember there was a manager named Xavier who was rude and told me to stop ordering a bunch of food in the drive thru 2 weeks ago.

Here right now (03/30/19 8:51pm) and I had to honk. It is the second time. 7 minutes in the drive thru lane and still waiting. You need to do something, this is not a normal Burger King. They need to be faster for sure. Someone told me they were 5 employees, seriously? Obviously, I didn't order anything, and I'm starving, but this was insane.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes with my family. There was other cars behind us and the manager came out and said we could still get breakfast since we had waited for so long. We get to the window, paid and waited another 10 minutes or so and then another manager came and said we don’t have any breakfast. I said we was promised we would still get breakfast since we had waited for so long. He said he can’t mess his store numbers up and make extra breakfast for just us. He walked away when we was still talking to him and would not even listen to us. They definitely don’t even deserve 1 star. Then need a -10.

Well if I have to be honest, the lady at the counter ask me if I wanted a Whopper with cheese, I said no, but the cheese was included anyhow. Later I asked for an apple pie and it was cold even though they put it 13 seconds in the microwave. Place was somewhat clean. Food had good taste though.

Horrendous service, took over 30 minutes to receive my order and it wasn't even busy. Food wasn't fresh and didn't taste that great.

Drive through was horrible waited in the car for close to 30-40 mins.... Poor service

Do NOT stop at this Burger King! They pretended the dining room was closed at 930 on a Saturday evening sowwe went through the drive thru. They gave us the wrong food and when we went back, they said they were out of the food we ordered.

This was one of the fanciest burger kings we have ever seen since we're from California. It looks like a restaurant. Has booths and a small lounge along with the classic seating chairs.

There were only 2 workers working and they shut the store down 30 minutes before closing. When we tried to go through the drive through they said they only had certain foods available because they shut everything else down. How are you going to say you close the store down at 10 and the drive through at 10:30 but basically close everything an hour early? Ridiculous and pathetic

Did you hear about the one where the guy is stuck in the drive thru line for 45 MINUTES?!! No joke- DO NOT GO HERE!! The franchise owner needs to visit his own restaurant!

First I witnessed the Manager being extremely rude to a customer at the drive thru. Then once I got back to the house to eat my impossible burger there was no patty. Just bread, cheese I didn't ask for, and veggies. I'm sure the cook got distracted by the yelling. Wow smh.

Good food but check your order before you leave the counter or drive thru. Every burger king we have visited in the area has got the order wrong, missed items off or just not given food that was ordered. Be warned.

Very unprofessional staff, it took like 20 minutes before we got our food. VERY BAD

The workers were "chatting" for over 10 min until we spoke up. They saw us walk in and didn't acknowledge. Tried to give the food under the lamps..UHHH NO..they need more employees l, understaffed!

We ordered breakfast at 10:15am and sat in line for 45mins to only get to the window and be told by a manger that breakfast is no longer being served!! If I could give 0 stars I would!! Terrible service

Well my vote is ready ,,I ordered a IMPOSSIBLE BURGER,, I'm a meat eater. I Love meat ,but I'm a man of science so..I found that the meat by it self tasted exactly like beef, good smell, mouth feel was good. But it looked like a patty but too perfect, ie. Exactly round and not full of the tiny bumps that beef have, because of fat, Grizzly things , and other various things in ground beef. But VERY good,,,once you put the whole sandwich together you pretty much lose any one flavor. You have the whopper we all love. If the price stays low I will have more. I look forward to what's next

Horrible service, you'll be waiting for food for a good half hour. Also check your order before leaving as they always seem to get it wrong. I'd avoid this fast food place altogether

messed up on my drive thru order. ok I get it. u guys messed up. not me. dont be rude when u have to make what we actually ordered

Order messed up, took 30 mins before I started eating. Under staffed, service is slower than watching a turtle race a slug through sand. Staff including mgmt had attitudes as if we were bothering them! This type of service in a Tourist location is insane and completely unacceptable especially at a global franchise like Burger King.

If I could put zero stars I would. I pulled up to the drive through, about 9:15 or 9:20 on 8/28/19. There was an adult spanish man working drive through. I began my order, which was first an impossible whopper with certain specifications. He didn’t allow me to compete my order, but gave me my total and told me “second window”. I said “hello?” Because I wanted to finish my order. He said my total again and told me to go to the second window. When I drove up I sat in my car for a moment, I was not addressed, and I felt uncomfortable. I at that point had no faith that my order was going to be complete or correct so I left and drove 15 minutes to the next Burger King for my impossible whopper. They were much nicer to me. I do not recommend this store whatsoever.

You know the name you know the game Burger King has the flame. now on top of all of the old favorites with the Great Taste they have $1 chicken nuggets 10 piece.Don't forget to try their new burgers like an XXL. Also effort to check out bK app. There are always family-friendly coupons on there. Oh boy did I forget to mention the onion rings, they still have the best in the game. That's why they're the king. I'll meet you down there.

I’m trying to understand how come there is only one really good fast food chain and that’s Chick Fil A. I went to the drive-through and the man couldn’t understand anything I was saying so that was frustrating. Then when I finally got my burger it was completely cold but the fries were hot.

Terrible service burger king isn't good like it used to be like a year ago i remember there was a bunch of managers and more employees they are understaffed

Food Services little slow on Saturday...Fresh, price fairly enough and the app always give you a lot of choice. I will be back for breakfast another day...

Staff was not helpful to say the least. They were out of half the menu. I would recommend going elsewhere.
